Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center is seeking a passionate Child Care Educator (75% in Classroom/25% Administrative) professional to join our team! This unique hybrid role combines hands-on classroom teaching (75%) with vital administrative support (25%).
What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants through preschoolers.
- Open and close the center and complete safety checks.
- Support the Center Director with daily operations, scheduling, and staff coordination.
- Maintain compliance records, manage supplies and attendance, and assist with family communication and tours.
- Provide classroom coverage as needed and foster strong relationships with families and staff.
What You'll Need:
- EEC certification required
- Prior experience in early childhood education and administrative work
- Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to work from 10am-6pm, Monday through Friay
- Ability to work morning shifts a MAJOR plus! 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
