We are hiring for Teachers in our infant and preschool classrooms.
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Interact and communicate with children and families in a respectful and warm manner
- Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities and Reggio Amelia curriculum
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising children
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma is required
- 2+ years of classroom experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare, childcare center, or preschool
- Ability to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Teachers must meet Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care requirements
- Teachers must have an EEC Infant/Toddler or Preschool Certification
- Work a flexible, rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
- Competitive pay rate of $23-$25 per hour
