We are hiring for Teachers in our infant and preschool classrooms.

Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Interact and communicate with children and families in a respectful and warm manner
  • Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities and Reggio Amelia curriculum
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising children
Teacher Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma is required
  • 2+ years of classroom experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare, childcare center, or preschool
  • Ability to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
  • Teachers must meet Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care requirements
  • Teachers must have an EEC Infant/Toddler or Preschool Certification
  • Work a flexible, rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
