Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center- Preschool Teacher Needed! (Boston, MA)

Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center seeks a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team! We encourage you to apply if you love working in a positive, supportive environment with children and are excited about early childhood education.

What You’ll Do:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support learning and development
Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping parents informed through our communication app
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members

What You’ll Need:

EEC preschool certification required
Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Up-to-date immunizations
Previous teaching experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
