- Must have competencies to drill to design
- Candidate must possess the ability to complete all 5 phases of the mining cycle including:
- Drilling to design
- Bolt / Bore with split feeds
- Blasting
- Material movement
- Ground support
- Utility installation
Requirements / Qualifications
- 5 years underground hard rock mining experience
- Experience with mine specific equipment
- Excel in jumbo and ground control
- Must have completed all 5 phases of the miner cycle
- Minimum 1 skill from previous level
- Ability to obtain explosives license
- 7 days on / 7 days off rotating shifts
