- Dispatch and coordinate security personnel to client sites and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor multiple communication channels (radio, phone, email, dispatch software) simultaneously
- Track guard locations, shift coverage, and incident activity in real time
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation in dispatch and reporting systems
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency situations
- Escalate incidents to supervisors or management as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guards, and internal staff
- Ensure all shifts are properly staffed and assist with last-minute scheduling changes
- Follow company protocols and security procedures at all times
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in dispatch, security operations, or a related field
- Prior experience in a security guard environment strongly preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and email systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and service-oriented attitude
- High level of reliability and punctuality
- Must be available on workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility required based on operational demands
