NOLA Protection Group seeks disciplined, proactive Armed On-Duty Field Supervisors for leadership roles in Greater New Orleans. These roles bridge the gap between field officers, clients, and management, requiring hands-on operational oversight.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Licensing: Active LSBPSE card and firearm certification.
  • Availability: Full shift rotations (12 hr. shifts), weekends, and holidays required.
  • Shifts are Days - 5:30am - 5:30pm, and Nights 5:30pm - 5:30am
  • Equipment/Vehicle: Reliable, duty-grade weapon (and corresponding duty gear) and valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
  • Experience: Supervisory background in security, military, or law enforcement.
  • Screening: Must pass reference check.


Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Field Leadership: Perform daily site inspections and support officer operations.
  • Operations: Coordinate logistics, report field status, and manage equipment.
  • Emergency Coverage: Provide immediate, on-site coverage when necessary.
  • Training: Train new hires on protocols and de-escalation.
  • Reporting: Document daily activities and file incident reports. 


Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Communication: Strong verbal/written skills for team and client management.
  • Stamina: Capable of 12-hour shifts in varied conditions.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Decision Making: Ability to make quick, high-stress decisions.
Starting Pay - $18.00/ hour 
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
