We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic, trusted advisor connecting Human Resources practices with overall business goals and employee engagement. This role goes beyond traditional Human Resources operations — it is about deeply integrating HR practices with core business goals to drive organizational success.
The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate closely with leaders and managers to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention. By aligning people strategies with business objectives, the Human Resources Business Partner will manage talent management, succession planning, and compensation strategies, often playing a key role in developing and implementing Human Resources policies and programs.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience in HR with a broad understanding of all Human Resource functions such as recruiting, training, talent development, compensation, and employee and labor relations.
- Experience with compensation management, such as job analysis, market surveys, and recognition programs.
- Experience coaching senior leaders and engaging with them to design and facilitate department-specific interventions that support Human Resources programs and practices
- Experience with talent development solutions, such as performance management, leadership development, competency models, succession planning and internal mobility strategies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment rules and regulations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Compensation and Benefits Strategy
- Advise managers on salary decisions, promotions, and equity.
- Advise on compensation and benefits strategies, assess competitiveness to attract and retain talent.
DEAI
- Lead the HR program designed to embed equitable practices into each phase of the employee lifecycle.
Human Resources Policy & Program Development
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, ensure they align with business needs and legal requirements.
- Facilitate organizational change, support new initiatives, and ensure effective implementation.
Labor & Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries, promote a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Contribute to or lead the creation of HR policies that support company goals.
Strategic Advising
- Partner with executives and managers to understand business objectives and implement people strategies that support those goals (e.g., growth, restructuring, performance).
- Use organizational data and metrics to identify trends, measure the impact of Human Resources initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead various HR initiatives and projects with organization-level impact.
Talent Management
- Develop and implement talent strategies in areas such as recruiting, succession planning, and performance management.
- Create and facilitate custom talent and engagement programs based on survey feedback and department needs.
- Support performance review processes and feedback cycles.
- Provide coaching to enhance performance and leadership capabilities.
WORK DEMANDS and ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to travel within the metropolitan area as required to perform the above duties at any of the Guggenheim’s owned or leased properties upon request.
