TECHNICAL ANALYST LEVEL 3
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Technical Analyst to provide studies, analyses, and evaluations of technical mission needs and make recommendations to support decision makers. The Technical Analyst Level 3 must have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, SIGINT export issues, and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities and be capable of maintaining interaction among representatives of the Intelligence Community.

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Technical Analyst to provide studies, analyses, and evaluations of technical mission needs and make recommendations to support decision makers. The Technical Analyst Level 3 must have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, SIGINT export issues, and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities and be capable of maintaining interaction among representatives of the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of collection-tasking strategies
- Provide operational assistance to users of new collection systems
- Participate in discussion with Target Office of Primary Interests (TOPIs)
- Respond to collection requirements received from the Collection Strategies and Requirements Center
- Operate, demonstrate and provide training on current or prototype intelligence systems
- Support development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- 12 years of professional experience supporting military or government cryptologic mission (language or signals analyst)
- 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of SIGINT Development analytic support
- In-depth understanding of SIGINT System, SIGINT export issues, and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities
- Must be capable of maintaining working relationships with various members of the IC
