Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Operations Senior Mentor to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The Operations Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring while maintaining JQS standards, training logs and performance tracking.

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Operations Senior Mentor to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The Operations Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring while maintaining JQS standards, training logs and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring support
- Input JQS standards and monitoring and tracking performance
- Maintain training logs to produce detailed training reports
- Develop working aids, course curriculum and training references
- Provide instruction support through platform training
- Active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph and ability to pass Full Scope Polygraph
- 5 years of operational experience plus experience with 2 of the following:
- Passive Geolocation Sr. Mentor
- Active Geolocation Sr. Mentor
- Reporter Sr. Mentor
