Responsibilities
- Support course planning and development of formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware
- Develop curricula according to the MTTL and TTL requirements and ensure all content aligns with 39 IOS SOPs, ACC instructions, and Joint Directives
- Audit and edit courseware for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and flow to enhance learning outcomes
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAMR, Bloom’s taxonomy) to create, revise, and optimize training content
- Assist in developing Training System Requirements Analysis, including Mission/Task Analysis (MTA), Training Requirements Analysis (TRA), and Objective Media Analysis (OMA)
- Design e-learning modules, storyboards, and multimedia content for Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle or Question Mark®
- Conduct quality assurance audits of training materials and student evaluations to ensure compliance with 39 IOS SOPs and ACC Instructions
- Develop and manage student graduate assessment surveys, analyzing feedback to recommend curriculum improvements
- Review curriculum content for grammar, format, and classification in line with established guidelines
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of questions, schedules, and evaluations within an LMS platform (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark®)
- Operate LMS Perception Manager for scheduling, grading, and student roster management
- Proctor tests and administer assessments to measure student performance, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
- Work closely with internal and external SMEs to integrate new material into current and future courseware
- Collaborate with government agencies, universities, and industry partners to incorporate the latest information into lessons and training
- Assist in the creation of virtual environments and mission simulator scenarios to enhance practical training delivery
- Maintain and control the Master Course File for all courseware documents, handouts, and illustrations, ensuring currency and version control
- Provide timely delivery of instructor notes, lesson plans, evaluation questions, and student materials (CDRLs A001, A002, A003, A004)
- Assist with records management and provide documentation support for courseware developers
- Assess and analyze student performance data to ensure alignment with learning objectives and provide insights for curriculum improvements
- Provide regular reports on academic and performance metrics in accordance with established directives
Required Qualifications
- Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of cyber-related duties/experiences/roles
- IAT/M Level III
