OTA is seeking highly qualified Cybersecurity Training and Evaluation Specialists to develop, implement, and manage advanced testing, training missions, and hands-on evaluations for students and staff. This role also involves managing the cybersecurity operations of the 39 IOS, ensuring compliance with federal and DoD security standards, performing incident response, and maintaining RMF packages. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in cybersecurity with advanced skills in instructional development and student evaluation, supporting both training and operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop advanced cognitive and hands-on evaluation methods and scenarios
- Design and deliver student training missions and mission evaluation tests
- Proctor classroom tests, training missions, and certification exams for students and staff
- Review and incorporate feedback from internal and external sources to ensure course material quality and relevance
- Conduct review panels with military and government staff to address student/instructor performance and evaluation issues
- Utilize student feedback, critiques, and surveys to update and improve training content
- Plan, schedule, and manage evaluation activities, including the development of commercial certification opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE)
- Understanding of common processes utilized by the Air Component.
- 400+ instructor hours (on podium) or CCAF ISD Certification
