The ideal candidates will have expertise in computer programming and systems analysis, equivalent to certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate and C/C++ Programming Certifications. This role involves working closely with management and users to identify system requirements, developing software for training environments, and conducting systems analysis to recommend improvements.

Responsibilities
- Understand and apply software programming methodologies equivalent to AWS Solutions Architect-Associate, C, C++, or other relevant certifications
- Understand and apply software programming methodologies equivalent to AWS Solutions Architect-Associate, C, C++, or other relevant certifications
- Design algorithms, flowcharts, and scripts to develop software programs and systems
- Prepare and install solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming methodologies
- Develop information systems and software solutions by studying user requirements, systems flow, data usage, and operational processes
- Modify, develop, and implement software applications for integration into training systems and ranges
- Produce high-quality code aligned with customer and platform specifications
- Test, deploy, and debug software programs and applications across multiple environments
- Gather user feedback to improve and optimize existing software products
- Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes in policies, procedures, and programming to improve operations
- Work closely with management, departments, and end-users to identify requirements and system specifications
- Manage software licenses by maintaining a master list of software requirements, including costs, license counts, and expiration dates
