Security Clearance Required
OTA is looking for experienced Web Developers with a strong understanding of web development and design concepts. The ideal candidates will be proficient in building, customizing, and managing web applications and sites, with expertise in modern web technologies and frameworks. Knowledge equivalent to W3 Schools Web Development, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications is preferred.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
- Design concepts, leveraging knowledge equivalent to certifications like W3 Schools Web Development, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Design and customize websites with an emphasis on intuitive user interfaces and user experience, using HTML, CSS, PHP, and other industry-standard tools.
System Integration - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and manage requirements for SharePoint, Jira Confluence, and PowerApps
- Design and implement end-to-end system integrations for new and existing platforms
- Automate functions and processes using a variety of scripting and programming languages, including PowerShell, Bash, Python, and JavaScript
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate, to enhance productivity and collaboration
- Design and build custom web applications to support operations across 39 IOS networks, including applications for schedule management, training tracking, standards evaluation, maintenance requests, and document routing
- Provide administrator support for in-house web applications, including account creation and system licensing
- Design, customize, and manage web-based applications used for operational and administrative purposes, such as Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Implement change management and versioning practices, utilizing methodologies like Agile/Sprints, Kanban, JIRA, and GitLab for efficient project management and workflow
- Assist in developing training materials and provide user instruction for web-based applications, including SharePoint, Jira Confluence, PowerApps, and LMS
- Configure and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) across all 39 IOS networks to support training and development for both internal and external users
Required Qualifications
- Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Associate's degree or approved equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4 years of SharePoint (or equivalent) and Learning Management System duties or experiences
- IAT Level II, W3 Schools Web Developer, AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications
