Multi-Media Specialist 

Security Clearance Required

OTA is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Multi-Media Specialist with expertise in photography, videography, graphic design, and multimedia production. The ideal candidate will have professional-level knowledge in multimedia design concepts and be proficient in using industry-standard tools like Adobe Professional Suite. This role includes creating high-quality visual content, supporting multimedia campaigns, and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for e-learning purposes.

This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Responsibilities 
  • Demonstrate professional-level understanding of photography, videography, and graphic design methodologies, with knowledge equivalent to Adobe Professional certification
  • Employ multimedia software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Animate, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and Publisher for content creation
  • Utilize film and videography techniques, including lighting, trimming, keying, plot development, scoring, sound, and camera settings, to produce high-quality visuals
  • Set up and perform video recording and editing, including synchronizing audio and video, inserting music, sound effects, and dialog, arranging sequences, and correcting errors
  • Design and create graphics for training and promotional purposes, including logos, packaging, displays, slides, posters, and morale patches
  • Develop animations for multimedia campaigns, 2-D and 3-D images, process illustrations, and lifelike depictions by manipulating light, color, texture, and shadow
  • Apply photography techniques such as shutter speed, lighting, flash, aperture control, focus, and motion to produce high-quality images
  • Provide photography support for events, including promotions, farewells, morale events, classes, and official functions
  • Test, clean, maintain, and repair multimedia equipment, including cameras, mounts/stands, and backdrops
  • Transfer images, photos, and videos for archival purposes and electronic distribution
  • Ensure all copyrighted materials are appropriately licensed before use
  • Manage e-learning content within LMS platforms such as MyLearning, Moodle, Storyline 360, and Captivate
  • Design, develop, edit, and update e-learning content and provide user administration support for LMS
  • Assist in creating training materials and instruct users on the effective use of LMS platforms and other multimedia tools

Required Qualifications 
  • Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility  
  • "Associate Degree or approved equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience 
  • CIW Multimedia Specialist certification
