OTA is seeking a Primary JTAC Instructor/Site Lead to provide oversight for JTAC training, standards, and evaluations programs. The Site Lead will assist with organizing, training, and equipping Special Tactics forces for rapid worldwide employment in support of the full range of special operations missions.

Contingent Upon Contract Award
OTA is seeking a Primary JTAC Instructor/Site Lead to provide oversight for JTAC training, standards, and evaluations programs. The Site Lead will assist with organizing, training, and equipping Special Tactics forces for rapid worldwide employment in support of the full range of special operations missions.
Responsibilities
- Function as POC between OTA and government customer
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and unit operating instructions
- Monitor duty status, training, and leave for all personnel
- Assist PM with oversight of the training, standards, and evaluations programs
- Conduct record reviews and unit SAVs
- Evaluate unit JTAC instruction and evaluation procedures
- Prepare status reports deliverables as required by the government
- Instruct Battlefield Air Operations and the use of JTAC mission equipment
- Secret security clearance
- 20 years experience as ST/JTAC/I/E
- 15 years of SOF experience
