Technical Recruiter
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting efforts for company operations, government contracts, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring highly qualified technical and cleared professionals. The Technical Recruiter works closely with the Senior Technical Recruiter, Director of HR, VP of Growth, Operations leadership, and Program Leads to meet staffing requirements and support proposal and capture efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full cycle recruiting process from job posting through candidate onboarding
- Develop and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates using multiple recruiting strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct candidate interviews and ensure all required hiring documentation is completed
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate databases
- Format candidate resumes to meet government contract labor category (LCAT) requirements
- Coordinate candidate submissions with prime and subcontractor partners
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks
- Participate in program staffing calls and support contract manning requirements.
- Maintain relationships with clients, primes, and subcontractors to support staffing needs.
- Provide qualified candidates for program vacancies and strategic hiring initiatives
- Provide market salary data to support recruiting and pricing efforts
- Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Support capture and proposal efforts by identifying qualified candidates for key positions
- Ensure resumes meet contract labor category requirements
- Secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) or Letters of Commitment (LOCs) as required
- Format resumes and staffing documentation for proposal submissions

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience conducting full cycle recruiting for Government contracting positions
- Experience with Technical recruiting
- Preferred experience recruiting for the Intelligence Community (IC)
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position doesn’t require a clearance but is desirable to have at least a Secret. Must be a U/S. Citizen.
Work Environment
This job operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, typically 8 hours a day Monday – Friday.
Travel
This position may require some travel. Typically the travel is outside the local area and overnight.
