Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training sessions. (Blueprint training, crane training, internal training modules, etc.)
- Complete Employee reviews, week one, two, three and at the 90-day mark
- Deliver daily instructor-led training for new operators.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR teams to identify training needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct cross-training initiatives to support workforce flexibility.
- Use data to recommend processes or curriculum improvements.
- Partner with supervisors to reinforce learning on the production floor.
- Responsible for “hand-off” of employees to production once they have graduated from training program.
- Background in teaching, coaching, and mentoring with a proven track record of success will be of the upmost importance
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to see and help people grow, through their work to ascend to a higher position within the company
- Leading with a mindset of the company’s culture and values
- Experience in training coordination, workforce development, or instructional design preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required
