Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training sessions. (Blueprint training, crane training, internal training modules, etc.)
  • Complete Employee reviews, week one, two, three and at the 90-day mark
  • Deliver daily instructor-led training for new operators.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR teams to identify training needs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct cross-training initiatives to support workforce flexibility.
  • Use data to recommend processes or curriculum improvements.
  • Partner with supervisors to reinforce learning on the production floor.
  • Responsible for “hand-off” of employees to production once they have graduated from training program.
Qualifications
  • Background in teaching, coaching, and mentoring with a proven track record of success will be of the upmost importance
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to see and help people grow, through their work to ascend to a higher position within the company
  • Leading with a mindset of the company’s culture and values
  • Experience in training coordination, workforce development, or instructional design preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required
