- Provide professional and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers, whether in person or via telephone, providing accurate information while demonstrating empathy in all interactions.
- Meet production standards with a high level of accuracy.
- Scan, index, and perform data entry on all subsequent filings. Complete required process work.
- Build and process new cases and complete required process work.
- Prepare first appearance paperwork and perform data entry on returning first appearance orders.
- Validate civil infractions.
- Perform record searches in CCIS and DAVID to build and process new cases.
- Scan, index, and process eFiled documents and update cases accordingly.
- Process warrants and withdrawals, summons, and notices according to procedure/instruction.
- Maintain confidentiality of information learned or acquired as part of the position.
- Learn and understand multiple applications related to the position.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, and work overtime, as needed.
- Perform other related work as required or assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited high school or possess an acceptable equivalency diploma.

- Adapt to evolving operational requirements by applying Florida Statutes, departmental guidelines, Clerk policies, and the Clerk’s Mission Statement; demonstrate flexibility in implementing new policies and procedures while maintaining high performance amidst changing conditions.
- Being able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
