Seasonal FedEx Driver (Olathe, KS)
QIC Corporation (Partnering with FedEx) seeks a Seasonal driver, in October, November, & December. Guaranteed work PT or FT and Home for Dinner! If employee desires, this job can become a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time position. We will work with you!
QIC endeavors to be flexible & provide opportunities to work around your schedule. You can work by yourself, deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses, run a well-maintained vehicle, be part of our team, and get home for dinner. You can choose to work either 1-2 days a week or up to 5-6 days a week with a schedule you desire that works for you. This person needs to be flexible, dependable, and move at a swift & efficient pace! Tasks include following your route & distributing packages while maintaining time management, as well as following DOT regulations & safety measures. We do not micromanage; we empower employees to take ownership & accountability of their work! QIC Corp combines forward-thinking along with cultivating an environment of respect for its employees.
This position is very fast-paced and is geared for someone who loves to interact with people in a positive way.

Pay:

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid, non-expired Driver's License
- No CDL necessary
- FMCSA requires commercial drivers to read, speak, and understand English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries, as per 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2).
- No DUIs
- Pre-employment background check is required
- Pre-employment drug screen - (NO MJ, MJ prescriptions NOT allowed per DOT).
- Requires initiative with fast-moving feet and mindset, with safety as #1
- Daytime shift only
- Paid Training
