Make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities! As a Community Support Specialist lead small groups of adults with disabilities in diverse activities like bowling, parks, recreational, volunteer work, educational classes, social skills development, and more... You will drive an agency van and transport participants to scheduled activities while supporting them in their social, community, and individualized goals. This community based position will build strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners, fostering a supportive community network.

Qualifications:

• Valid California driver's license and good driving record
• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care to people with disabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
