This is a position responsible for customer service, utility billing, and general clerical work while performing both complex and varied duties demonstrating good judgement with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and make effective decisions. This position has frequent contact with the public.

Requirements include:
- Handling high call volume of phones at times
- Computer skills to include EXCEL and MSWord
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience or good skills
