Implementation Coordinator
The Implementation Coordinator position will assist in the Professional Learning Team in a way that provides exemplary customer service to customers both internal and external. The Implementation Coordinator will fulfill its purpose by providing customer service support to customers both internal and external, support our external trainers, and to be an expert in all levels of certification provided by Starr Commonwealth.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of Starr Commonwealth’s mission and core values, and consistently aligns actions with Starr’s mission and its core values of seeing greatness, finding courage, promoting health, fostering healing, and oneness.
  • Set up and maintain files, keeping accurate records and up-to-date information.
  • Manages customer information in a timely and effective manner resulting in high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with other Professional Learning team member to regularly enhance customer support protocols, increase value of existing customers, and attract new ones.
  • Work effectively with the Finance Team to generate, issue, track, and collect invoices for products and services.
  • Employs interdepartmental collaboration and resources to identify solutions to prospects’ and clients’ needs and goals.
  • Performs customer service operations, including but not limited to, routing information to various departments, processing applications, and managing open trainings.
  • Provide customer service support including receiving and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, website activity, mail, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • 2 years in Business or related field
  • Experience in Project Management, Monday.com, Calendly, Pinnacle, and Filemaker preferred.
  • Proficient in Outlook

Job Details:
  • Pay Range: $45,000 - 55,000 annually
  • Job Type:  Full-time, hybrid
