AIDE I - Tillamook Early Learning Center - Ages 16-17 (Tillamook, OR)
General: Assists staff members in the accomplishments of activities associated with the care and education of children. Aides must be within sight and sound of a staff person who meets at least the qualifications of a teacher.
Supervised By: Directly – Teacher, Program Supervisor, Executive Director
Qualifications:
• Ability to work well with children and staff
• Good physical health and sound mental/emotional stability
Duties:
• Provides a flexible, professional and caring environment
• Assists in the preparation of materials for activities
• Assists in scheduled presentation of programs and activities
• Assists with rest period, meals and snacks
• Assists in providing a safe, healthy environment
• Assists in the maintenance of a clean, orderly facility
• Performs associated duties as required Continuing Education:
• 25 hours of training or education related to Early Childhood Education per year
