Customer Service Representative - Brownrigg Insurance (Pacific City, OR)

No experience required, but preferred. We offer on the job training. Flexible schedule offered, full health benefits and potential 401K. Hourly or salary options are available depending on previous job experience and are negotiable. Opportunities to travel both domestically & internationally for trade shows and paid training with insurance carriers. Option to get licensed in Property & Casualty insurance. 

You may work remotely or come into our new office in Pacific City. Must be able to answer phones, take messages, take notes and send e-mails. 

We expect you to dress in a professional manner and be able to take direction/constructive criticism. We have an open door policy at our agency, meaning we love feedback from our employees also so we can improve our skillset as managers. 

Producer (Full or Part Time):
Must be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance. We offer warm/cold lead generation. Your job is to work with the CEO and CCO to attend networking events, develop relationships with insurance carriers and to go on appointments with or without Troy.  Lead follow-up includes, but not limited to: social media, e-mail, a hard letter, a phone call.
