Job Description
Trusted Space is seeking a Technical Recruiter to work with our team in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professional and engineering staff. Reporting to the Trusted Space Talent Acquisition Manager, the Technical Recruiter will serve as a member of the corporate staff team, working closely to meet the staffing goals of the program managers and engineering directors in the development and execution of the recruiting process. This individual will primarily support recruiting for cleared and uncleared aerospace, autonomy, software, systems, and operations engineers and program managers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Manager, Hiring Leaders, and Candidates to successfully ensure a smooth, effective, efficient and positive experience for all participating in the talent acquisition process.
  • Managing administrative tasks and actively sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Utilizing online job platforms to post job openings on external job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, State, Veteran, and Disability required websites, and company social media pages while maintaining data integrity in the ATS database, producing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Coordinating calendars, facilitating and scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication and hiring team coordination.
  • Ensuring Talent Acquisition administration and compliance is completed with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking Systems, tracking applicant flow, ensuring that records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Utilizing the recruitment process to produce quality new hire offer acceptances and timely position placements.
  • The successful candidate is employee-focused and passionate about solving challenging problems as part of a distributed team and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • United States citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related Major discipline
  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical engineering recruitment of cleared and uncleared aerospace, autonomy, systems, and software engineers, program managers, and corporate professionals
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting process improvements related to recruiting functions
  • Experience with online career platforms and managing a talent acquisition tool
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit personnel for technical positions against hiring deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with a high level of organizational skills, attention to details, time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-player mindset

Desired Skills
  • 3-5+ Government Contracting Talent Acquisition Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a collaborative, fast-paced, process oriented, deadline-driven work environment
  • Experience with the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) Applicant Tracking System preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Virtual Meeting Tools (Microsoft Teams)

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $100,000. Please note that this range is a general guideline and can vary.  Trusted Space, LLC considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to: scope, location, position responsibilities, education/training, key skills and business considerations.
