ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Talent Development Associate to join our growing team!
The primary purpose of the Talent Development Associate is to support employee lifecycle programs that enhance onboarding, development, engagement, and performance across the organization. This role coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, assists with learning and development initiatives, and supports programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and employee experience.

- Own and coordinate the company’s onboarding program to ensure a consistent and engaging new hire experience across departments, including orientation, training enrollment, and onboarding documentation.
- Manage and execute employee offboarding processes, including coordinating exit interviews, system access removal, equipment return, and internal notifications.
- Support the administration and coordination of performance management programs, including performance review cycles, goal tracking, and manager support.
- Assist with employee engagement and employee experience initiatives, including surveys, feedback programs, recognition efforts, and internal culture initiatives.
- Coordinate training initiatives and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and participation tracking.
- Assist in administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including course management, enrollment tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with subject matter experts and internal teams to develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and learning resources.
- Maintain training, onboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation while tracking program participation and completion metrics.
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding, learning, and employee development programs based on feedback and organizational needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
A great fit for this position has:
- 2-4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or Learning & Development.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle programs such as onboarding, training coordination, performance management, employee engagement, or employee experience initiatives.
- Extensive experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to manage employee and training data within these systems.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and program tracking.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong initiative and sound decision-making ability
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
