Job Title: Sales Territory Manager
Reports to: Regional Sales Director
Salary:  $40,000 + monthly incentive

Summary:                                                                          
The Sales Territory Manager (TM), a “Road Warrior” as such, should expect to be traveling 4-5 days per week on the road. The TM is responsible for generating value-added business and introducing products to establish clients with the coordination of the Outside Sales team.  

Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Maintaining and developing new business relationships
  • Delivering high-quality presentations to a variety of audiences, including manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including relators
  • Meeting with clients in person and over the phone to discuss Tammac products and services
  • Identifies the target lead decision maker in order to initiate the sale
  • Provides profitable transactional business through solicitation tools such as quotes or emails to grow the business
  • Provides estimates & quotes, including the plan and execution of the sales plan; responds to the customer's request and collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of customer product
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Self-starter, sales-driven with a hunter mentality
  • Experience in the Business-to-Business space
  • Must be a sales-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills
  •  Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Successful history of managing a multi-state territory
  • Manufactured Housing (MH) experience preferred
  • Ability to strategize and analyze data to drive effectiveness
  • A thorough knowledge of available loan products and programs.
  • Manufactured Home (MH) experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to using a consultative sale approach
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Sales experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times 
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday (travel 4-5 days per week)
  • 40 hours per week/day shift
Salary Details:
  • $40,000 annual base + monthly incentive
