Summary:                                                                          
As a Sales Territory Manager (TM), you will serve as a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and establishing lasting client relationships within your designated territory. This role requires a dynamic individual who is willing to travel 5-days per week and engage in proactive sales activities to achieve targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Maintaining and developing new business relationships
  • Delivering high-quality presentations to a variety of audiences, including manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including relators
  • Meeting with clients in person and over the phone to discuss autoMHatic Financial products and services
  • Identifies the target lead decision maker in order to initiate the sale
  • Provides profitable transactional business through solicitation tools such as quotes or emails to grow the business
  • Travel extensively, spending 5 days per week on the road within the assigned territory.
  • Act as a "Road Warrior," engaging in face-to-face meetings with clients to introduce products and services, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and expand business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted  resource for product knowledge and industry insights.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, consistently delivering on revenue and growth objectives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Self-starter, sales-driven with a hunter mentality
  • Experience in the Business-to-Business space
  • Must be a sales-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills
  •  Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Successful history of managing a multi-state territory
  • Manufactured Housing (MH) experience preferred
  • Ability to strategize and analyze data to drive effectiveness
  • A thorough knowledge of available loan products and programs.
  • Manufactured Home (MH) experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to using a consultative sale approach
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times 
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday (travel 5 days per week)
  • 40 hours per week/day shift
Salary Details:
  • $40,000 annual base + monthly incentive
