Summary:     
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in the human resources department, supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR activities, providing administrative support to the HR team, and facilitating HR processes to meet the company's goals..

 Supervisory Responsibilities:
•    None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•    Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire documentation.
•    Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
•    Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
•    Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
•    Support performance management processes, including assisting with performance reviews and employee feedback collection.
•    Process payroll and benefits administration tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payments and deductions.
•    Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive work environment.
•    Prepare HR reports and presentations for management as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities: 
•    Proven experience (X years) as an HR Coordinator or relevant HR/administrative role.
•    Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
•    Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements: 
•    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
