Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst at autoMHatic Financial you will play a critical role in enhancing our products, systems, and business processes related to manufactured home lending. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create requirements for products, technology systems, analyze current operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects and initiatives related to manufactured home lending Products and Technology.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, underwriting, compliance, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into business and technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within lending operations. Develop business cases and recommend solutions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and metrics to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and user guides.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for business analysis practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all business processes comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to improve business operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ computer science, business administration, , Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services ; manufactured home lending industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software. Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and loan origination systems is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
