Summary:                                                                          
autoMHatic Financial is a multi-channel PE-backed manufactured housing lender. We seek individuals determined to achieve high levels of success as a territory-based sales professional. Our successful team members are passionate self-starters with a growth mindset. They are ready to grow with us as we expand our company from a seasoned regional player into a premier national lender.
This is an individual producer role where the top priority will be forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate is also committed to building relationships with internal enabling teams. You will be responsible for achieving application and sales goals in a competitive market. The guidance of a dedicated, professional, and tenured Sales Management team will support you.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, detailing territory performance and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and expand our network.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the territory, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to coordinate sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach in delivering value to clients.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of related sales experience is required.
  • Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements:
  • 100% of travel ; driving for long periods of time
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
