About the Role:
As an HRBP, you will be partnering with the Sales and Operations team to align people strategy with business goals in a fast-paced, remote-first 3PL. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor to assigned business units; translate business priorities into workforce plans, talent strategies, and measurable people initiatives.
- Workforce Planning and Talent Forecasting: Forecast headcount needs by service offering, lane, account, and seasonality; partner with business leaders to design role profiles, strategies, and remote onboarding that shorten time to productivity.
- Performance Management and Development: Lead performance cycles, calibration, succession planning, and manager coaching; design development programs for frontline supervisors and remote managers.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and multi-jurisdictional compliance; ensure consistent, documented, and defensible outcomes.
- Change Management and Program Delivery: Lead adoption for major initiatives such as CRM migrations and process redesigns with stakeholder alignment, communications, pilots, and adoption KPIs.
- People Analytics and HR Systems: Collaborate with Data Analyst to build and maintain dashboards that surface turnover hotspots, ramp times, and productivity trends; partner with HR Ops to improve HRIS integrations and data quality.
- Remote Work Enablement: Contribute to the design of asynchronous onboarding, microlearning, and manager toolkits; create rituals and communication cadences that sustain culture and performance across time zones.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years as an HRBP or senior HR generalist, ideally in logistics, transportation, or 3PL environments.
- Skills: Strong employee relations, change management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Technical: Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, Excel, ADP Workforce and people analytics tools.
- Remote Competency: Demonstrated success designing and delivering remote onboarding and virtual manager enablement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; HR certification a plus.
