Key Responsibilities:
Sales & CRM Support
- Partner closely with high-performing sales representatives to support daily sales activities
- Assist with setting up sales calls, email outreach, and follow-up tasks
- Log call notes, update records, and maintain data accuracy in HubSpot CRM
- Build and manage email and call sequences
- Support prospecting and pipeline organization
- Ensure sellers can remain focused on revenue-driving activities through reliable administrative support
Administrative & Office Operations Support
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including reporting and distribution of internal communications
- Prepare, compile, and blast reports and updates as needed
- Serve as a culture champion by helping plan and coordinate office events and holiday parties
- Manage office logistics, including stocking the fridge and maintaining shared spaces
- Handle office runs (mail, FedEx/UPS, claim checks, customer payments, and document processing)
- Receive and manage incoming packages, including IT and network equipment
Required Capabilities & Experience:
Technical Capabilities
- Background in sales, operations, logistics, or 3PL
- Experience transitioning from an administrative or support role into sales or operations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and contribute to positive office culture
