Valiant Harbor International is seeking a detail-oriented Automated Experimentation Technical SETA to support our customer, the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), Resilient Systems Office (RSO). RSO is a mission office within ARPA-H focused on solving systemic healthcare challenges by investing in technological innovations addressing gaps in healthcare quality, efficacy, and availability of care. This position will aid in the development of new programs that leverage AI and the automation of experimentation to expedite gold standard research.
This is a part-time position that can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in the development of new programs that leverage AI and the automation of experimentation to expedite gold standard research.
- Help in the evaluation of proposals that include AI for Science.
- Assist in the daily management and tracking of funded efforts .
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or equivalent in the biological or physical sciences; alternatively, demonstrated expertise in the development of software for the biological sciences.
- 5+ years of experience working within healthcare system preferred.
- Experience in the automation of research, ideally with the incorporation of AI to prioritize or otherwise direct research.
- Experience performing with distributed laboratories is a plus.
- Familiarity with languages for specifying experiments.
