Customer Service Representative (Oakville)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
