Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day support and technical assistance related to our computer systems.
  • Provide on-site, via email and telephone service and support for end users
  • Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software
  • Provide functional support on enterprise applications
  • Create and administer user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues, connectivity issues, VPN issues
  • Administrate security, antivirus, ?VPN, application and network support
  • Perform system updates and upgrades
  • Monitor and support photocopier and printer hardware and related services
  • Install operating system software, patches and updates and applications?
  • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

Required skills

  • Computer related Diploma/Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent problem analysis and solving ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of desktop computer applications, operating systems, hardware and networking devices
  • Experience working in Microsoft based PC/server environment
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange, AD)
  • Solid technical support experience with Windows 7/8/10/11 setup and configuration
  • Experience with printer and peripheral installation and driver setup
  • Solid understanding of networking (WAN, VPN, LAN), routing protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP, ports, protocols (HTTP, HTTPS)
  • Basic computer programming experience and skills
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.
