We’re seeking a Director of Tech and Data to lead our technology and data initiatives, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Job Summary:

The Director of Tech and Data will spearhead the development and execution of our technology and data strategy, driving innovation in how we analyze, structure, and optimize private market portfolios. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance our liquidity solutions and investment outcomes. You’ll oversee a team of technologists and data experts, ensuring our systems and analytics remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a technology and data roadmap to support portfolio financing, secondaries market analysis, and liquidity management.
• Lead the development of scalable data platforms, leveraging cloud technologies and advanced analytics to process and model large datasets.
• Oversee the integration of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to optimize investment decisions and risk assessment.
• Manage a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure data-driven insights enhance client solutions and operational efficiency.
• Establish robust data governance, security protocols, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Deliver measurable improvements in portfolio performance, operational workflows, and client reporting through technology and data innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technology and data leadership, ideally within financial services, private equity, or asset management.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and financial analytics tools.
• Proven success in leading teams and delivering high-impact tech/data projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with private markets, secondaries, or portfolio financing is a strong plus.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with AI/ML, big data, or financial modeling is highly desirable.

Pay: $190,765.81-$230,464.16 per year + Bonus
