We are seeking a highly talented architect with 8-15 years of experience and experience in healthcare. The ideal candidate to join our firm is passionate about design and client service, with exceptional design, construction document and construction administrative skills. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the project team to create innovative, practical, and complex solutions for a wide range of clients and project types with a focus on healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with clients and project teams to develop and execute projects.  
  • An advanced understanding of healthcare design, planning and execution.
  • Parter with Healthcare Director to cultivate new business opportunities and participate in interviews.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and healthcare standards relative to design. 
  • Ability to work with clients and the project team to program, design, and execute construction documents and construction administration on large and complex healthcare projects. 
  • Provide management of projects through design, bidding, construction, and close-out,
  • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project.
  • Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
  • Participate in client presentations and lead project meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledgeable in Healthcare design for both outpatient and inpatient facilities. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • A minimum 8+ years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM project delivery
  • Must be able to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Must be a self-starter, a team player, and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
