Inventory & Logistics Associate

Position Overview

The Inventory & Logistics Associate supports Jule Power’s manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and timely logistics coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, process-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and takes ownership of maintaining smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials in excel or other inventory systems; investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure raw materials, components, and finished goods are stored properly and labeled correctly.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages or production delays.
  • Support inventory audits and prepare documentation as needed.

Material Handling & Production Support
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and issue materials to production following established procedures.
  • Organize warehouse and production storage areas for optimal accessibility and safety.
  • Follow standardized work instructions and maintain strict adherence to quality processes.

Logistics Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate outgoing shipments, including freight, couriers, and customer deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, BOM, packing slips, labels, customs paperwork, etc).
  • Work with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve transportation issues.
  • Track shipments and communicate status to internal teams.

Process & Compliance
  • Adhere to company safety policies, material handling protocols, and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing, inventory accuracy, and logistics workflows.
  • Document standardized procedures and participate in training where needed.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehousing (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a process-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is an asset).
  • Strong communication skills and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 with final compensation determined based on skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. We are committed to pay equity and to offering compensation that is fair, transparent, and competitive.
