The Marketing Analyst interacts with Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales departments to develop systematic pricing analysis: calculation formulas; margin consistency; like treatment of like items; etc. Recommends and assists in implementation of revision in pricing structure. Assists in analysis of target market size and potential; market share relative to competitors; other quantitative/secondary research as needed. Develops and updates weekly analytical tools, including but not limited to, regional sales analysis, production margin segmentation and sales trends.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing with minimum of 3 years experience in performance of finance/marketing/mathematical duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in spreadsheet and database programs for Mac and/or PC. Team player - able to interface with multiple functions and departments. Comfortable with multiple projects, changing priorities and ambiguous department structure. Self starter - able to pick up, organize, manage, and deliver on complex projects.
Experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Query and/or Power BI a plus.
