Position Summary
The position of Recruitment Project Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting team and will work closely with the Human Resources Manager.  Responsibilities will include but not limited to, ensuring a smooth and scalable full life cycle recruiting process, reviewing applicants from external job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.), conducting phone screens, setting up candidate interviews, creating weekly reporting for each position, as well as other HR projects as assigned.

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
  • 3-5 years of total work experience
  • Proven track record of hiring high level talent with Diversity and Inclusion in mind
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience working from sourcing to closing the candidate
  • Articulate professionally and concisely with all levels of management 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with speedy response time and follow up
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve team's ability to meet hiring objectives
  • Experience working as an HR Generalist being able to help in multiple facets of HR

Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process
  • Conduct weekly reporting for each candidate assigned
  • Assist in updating internal procedures
  • Work within the ATS (TAM) and move candidates through the process from start to finish
  • Work with Hiring Manager to figure out position needs and requirements
  • Conduct background checks on all candidates going through the offer process
  • Take initiative to document and improve processes with scalability in mind
  • Attract candidates using a variety of sources including social media networks, ATS, encourage in house employee referrals
  • Initiate offers for employment and ensure completion of all paperwork necessary, articulate company policies, benefits and details of the positions with professional demeanor and enthusiasm
  • Participates in recruiting events such as seminars, conventions, trade shows and professional organizations and providing support on company developments
  • Wear multiple hats across the entire recruiting function
  • Additional projects as assigned
