Digital Media Marketer

*This is a remote role during COVID-19, and we are open to flexible, hybrid office / work from home arrangements post-COVID.

Responsibilities include:
  • Digital Campaign Strategy and Development
  • Lead and develop digital marketing campaigns including strategic plan development of paid and earned opportunities
  • Assist with new and existing business development efforts including, but not limited to proposal scoping, estimating, response writing, presentations and pitches
  • Manage development of value-driven and engaging content for landing pages, social media, video, and all other forms of traditional and digital advertising
  • Regularly develop marketing strategies to generate new MQLs and brand awareness through effective digital marketing channels including, but not limited to: SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Act as the the digital campaign manager contact for projects
  • Manage digital media campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other paid social platforms including monitoring and mediation of engagement
  • Responsible for the measurement and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns including analyzing results to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize spend and performance
  • Act as company representative between marketing vendors
  • Continually monitor emerging technologies, platforms and strategies to keep campaigns fresh and exciting
  • Participate in firm cross-training exercises and internal professional development retreats and programs
  • Embrace agency culture and contribute to a fun, supportive, productive and energetic workplace
  • Work diligently and ethically toward the achievement of agency mission and vision statement
  • Complete timely and accurate timesheets
  • Meet assigned billable goals
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or similar fields of study
  • 4+ years of experience with a thorough understanding of social media marketing and online reputation management
  • Stellar writing and editing skills
  • Excellent verbal and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of principles of design with respect to advertising
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Keen sense of entrepreneurship
  • An appreciation for branding, user research, marketing, and visual design.
