We're searching for a contract video project coordinator to work alongside a video production team. As the video project coordinator, you’ll support the video team in the administration of projects. Your work may include office management, administrative tasks and data management support, in addition to production-related work. You should have strong organizational and communication skills.

*This is currently a remote role during COVID-19, and we are open to hybrid office / work from home arrangements post-COVID*

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate video production projects and manage process together with Producer and Director, including planning schedules and maintaining project calendars
  • Assist team in research, pre-production, video production support, managing talent releases, and organizing and maintaining production documents
  • Prepare estimates and process and track invoices and purchase orders in coordination with Producer and Finance team
  • Serve as contact on some aspects of video production projects, communicating project information to relevant internal teams and production partners
  • Assist in tracking and reporting of documentation including licenses, contracts, service agreements, usage rights and releases
  • Assist with administrative needs and tasks, including data entry and management and asset management
  • Embrace the firm’s culture and contribute to a fun, supportive, productive and energetic workplace
  • Complete timely and accurate timesheets
  • Other duties as required

  • BA in film, communications, business, or related field; or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to shift priorities
  • Ability to function in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with finance/project management software or willingness to learn

  • 2+ years of production experience
  • Experience in digital media workflows
  • Technical proficiency in media management
  • Experience/knowledge of project management systems
