Integrated Project Manager (contract)
(add)ventures is actively recruiting for a contract Integrated project manager who will be responsible for fast-paced creative/digital marketing projects with regard to oversight on schedules, budgeting, resourcing and providing status updates to internal and external stakeholders. A complete understanding of the design process is required to succeed in this position, including the ability to anticipate and react to time-related constraints. Ideal candidates will have experience managing client expectations, are comfortable in high-pressure situations and understand tight deadlines.

Our contract Integrated project manager will:

  • Serve as the key person for all related information to all phases of the project life cycle
  • Create, manage and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing from end to end of the project
  • Provide detailed status updates, project plans or project documentation to internal teams and external client partners; align and update with any changes with teams 
  • Understand and forecast any blockers or issues that might impact duration or delivery of projects. 
  • Manage, direct and lead the internal and external meetings with timely follow ups with any relevant materials
  • Responsible for all clear, concise communications about the project to external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Direct assistance with project estimating and project scoping
  • Other duties as required

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role (PMP preferred) 
  • 2+ years of experience working with creative processes required, from kickoff to working with creative, marketing and digital teams through to project launch
  • Project Management experience with digital assets preferred, e.g., landing pages, banners, microsites etc.
  • 2+ years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) needed; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge preferred
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines, a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience in writing for a professional setting
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite expertise

This position is a hybrid office / work from home arrangement with a minimum of three days per week at our HQ in Rhode Island.
