Contract Implementation Designer (New England)
We’re searching for a contract Implementation Designer to work collaboratively alongside our team of designers in our EPIC (East Providence Innovation Complex) HQ. Design and production responsibilities, including translating design concepts into final digital or print-ready files. In this role, the Implementation Designer will work across multiple programs, building creative assets to ensure the smooth progress and timely completion of projects. The Implementation Designer must have high skill levels in software programs required to perform assigned job functions. We are looking for someone with impeccable attention to detail that can prioritize and manage time effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously and is willing to dive right in.
Qualified candidates will have: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, or related degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of XD and other industry design and production software (PowerPoint, Google slides, Stensul, Sketchup, Figma)
  • Ability to learn module mapping for retail applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within Accessibility laws and requirements a plus
  • Strong grasp of the creative process; from ideation through implementation
  • Broad knowledge of production skills, project workflows and file/asset management
  • Strong organizational skills, especially as it relates to file creation and versioning
  • Ability to problem-solve, support, and collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Ability to design creatively and communicate clearly
  • Familiarity with Apple systems
  • Self-starter
  • An appreciation for branding, marketing and good communications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in fast-paced environments

This position is a hybrid office / work from home arrangement with a minimum of three days per week at our HQ in Rhode Island.
