Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including data scientists, marketers, and designers, to explore and capitalize on opportunities for integrating AI into our advertising campaigns
- Develop advanced machine learning algorithms and models to optimize targeting, messaging, and budget allocation for our advertising campaigns
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques to enhance ad creatives and customer interactions
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to refine and enhance AI models and algorithms
- Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends in the advertising industry to ensure we are delivering innovative and competitive solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing AI solutions in a professional capacity, preferably within the advertising or marketing sector
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse cross-functional teams
