Responsibilities:
  • Play a pivotal role in driving growth and increasing revenue for our agency.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business development plan, identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the agency teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches for prospective clients
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecast to senior management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the advertising industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
