Senior Safety Professional (Aurora, IL)

Amerisafe Group is seeking a Full-Time Senior Safety Professional who will partner with and provide leadership, support, and consultation to Amerisafe’s clients to achieve excellence in their workforce safety management performance. The Candidate must be able to identify gaps in current and desired safety performance, inspire client management toward improved safety performance and be able to manage multiple client relationships. In addition, this individual will play a critical role in creating, implementing, and maintaining organized safety cultures for our new and existing clients. With our headquarters in Aurora, IL., we service clients within Illinois as well as nationally. This position is for the Greater Chicagoland area.

Desired experience:
Enterprise or large employer team management.
Any one or combination of the following certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, CIH
Consulting or Insurance Loss Control/Risk Engineering
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish

Required experience:
Safety Professional with 10 years of direct safety experience
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum in Safety, or equivalent discipline

Schedule:
10 hour shift
Monday through Friday
