Role Summary
The Busser is responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service and assisting the Servers in the dining room.

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Clearing food & utensils from tables & resetting. 

  • Bread and water service.

  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process 

Required Qualifications
Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
