We are hiring a warehouse supervisor to oversee unloading operations in a fast-paced food distribution environment. If you can lead a team and communicate effectively - we want, you on our team.
🕒 Schedule
Monday – Saturday
4:00 AM – Until Finish (~12:30 PM)
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise unloading (lumping) crew and inbound operations
- Coordinate daily schedules and inbound loads
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and organization standards
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and team members
- Verify load accuracy, pallet staging, and documentation
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures (trailers, locks, chocks)
- Drive productivity and operational efficiency
💰 Pay & Benefits
- $1,000 – $1,200 Weekly + Stipend

✅ Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a PLUS!
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
- Experience operating:
- Electric Rider Pallet Jack
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Counterbalance Forklift
- Unloading/lumping experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong leadership and safety mindset
